The Signal Restaurant
Our experienced Executive Chef and the team at The Station House Hotel are well aware that good food is an integral part of gracious living. With pride and pleasure, excellent dishes - using only the freshest ingredients - are prepared to delight our most discerning guests. The restaurant has been independently assessed by food critics and has been awarded many prestigious awards and accolades of excellence and quality for its varied and inspired cuisine.
The hotel and restaurant are Failte Ireland approved, AA 3-diamond approved, RAC 3-star approved and are listed in Georgina Campbell's Good Food Guide 2010 and the Michelin Guide 2010. The Restaurant is also a recipient of AA Rosette, RAC dining award and Leisure Breaks International award for excellence in food & accommodation and is a member of the Good Food Circle-Meath.
The exquisite setting is ideal for the more exclusive/private wedding celebration. Parties of up to 100 people can be catered for.

We are delighted and honoured to have received the "Wedding Venue of the Year" (Leinster) Award from Weddinsonline.ie. In recognition of outstanding achievement as a wedding supplier in 2009, as voted for by the brides and grooms of weddingsonline.ie and assessed by a panel of independent judges and market research agency, Direction Research.
Our Head Chef, David Mulvihill has been awarded "Best Chef" in Co. Meath by the Irish Restaurant Awards 2010, sponsored by Louis Latour wine producers in association with the Sunday Independent Life Magazine and the Restaurants Association of Ireland - independently assessed by a panel of renowned judeges and public vote of confidence.
These awards are a huge acchievement for ourselves and Dave and we would like to thank everyone who voted for us, our management and all the team at the Station House Hotel & Award Winning Signal Restaurant.
Other achievements for this year include, AA 2009-2010 Rosette Award for Culinary Excellence in associatin with Villeroy & Boch, Michelin Guide and Georgina Campbell's Ireland 2010, independently assessed and recommended and numerous others.
